besides the tradtional turkey and dressing for Thanksgiving what's a good menu?

1. Roasted turkey with my stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, Grandpa's mac and cheese, mixed veggie salad, yams, warm dinner rolls with butter, candied apples, cranberry's, and Cherry Cheesecake. This is what I'm making.
