crock pot thanksgiving recipes?

Does anyone have any thanksgiving type recipes that can be done in the crockpot besides turkey breast? This year we want to try something a little different and do some dishes in crock pots. To clarify we want to actually use the crockpots for cooking, not just to keep something warm. We have crock pots/slow cookers ranging from 3-6qt serious responses only

2. Duck or goose... sweet potato casserole You can cook most anything in a crock just takes longer...
3. Soup... to warm up to..it may be a chilly day and it can be an appetizer to warm up guests before the dinner.
