Please cause this will be the first year my sister-in-law will come over for Thanksgiving and I really want to impress her! So please post some recipes on here, I really want to give a good impression. Please help or they will be talking about my failure all year... ;) oh yah the 2 people last to answer, thanks alot it will really help me! and the 2nd person to answer, that made no sense!!! ok well... thanks alot peoples!!!

- I did not have any bread, used cooked pasta and breakfast cereal
- Approx. 10 slices of wheat bread, in small pieces Approx. 5 oz. of chicken, beef, or turkey broth Garlic salt 1-1 1/2 sticks of celery, chopped 1-2 jalepenos, chopped (optional for spiciness) mix it all up in a crockpot and leave it til' your ready to eat, and add garlic salt to taste
- DOUBLE RICE STUFFING (FOR A 12-POUND TURKEY) 2 pkg long-grain & wild rice (Uncle Ben's) (6 oz. each) 6 Tbsp butter or margarine 4 1/2 cups water 3 cups chopped celery 1 lg onion chopped 7 oz (1 jar) pimento-stuffed olives, drained & sliced 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1. Prepare rice mix with 2 tablespoons of the butter or margarine and the 41/2 cups water, following label directions. 2. Saute celery and onion in remaining butter until soft in a large frying pan; lightly stir in rice mixture, olives, salt, and pepper. Makes approximately 10 cups or enough to stuff a 12-pound bird.
