- Otherwise no turkey for you
- First the sinners prayer because the Grace of God is what we have to be most grateful for.
- For the greatest argument in favour of thanksgiving is the scripture that says to be thankful for everything, for it is God's will for us. I know that is a big stretch when things are totally mucked, but that is at least what it says. Charles "That Cheeky Lad"

- No, repentance
- No. It is one of the types of Christian prayers. However the most important is the celebration of the Lord's supper, the Eucharist.
- An interesting question. For a Catholic or Anglican I suppose the most important prayer is the Mass or Communion Service. After that I do think that thanksgiving is important & something that we often forget. We are very quick to use prayer to ask for what we want, but slower to say 'thank you.' As Jesus said when a man he cured returned to say 'thank you' 'Did I not heal ten of you? Where are the other nine?' Thanksgiving also implies that we accept God in our lives & that we accept His plan for us, even though we may not understand it. 'Thy will be done . . ' Repentance is also important - accepting that we are imperfect & saying 'I am sorry for my wrongdoings, I will try to do better.'
