- Whilest I'm not a vegan by trade, I found a site for you to try: http://www.vegparadise.com/holiday.html Thank you......
- I'm having a broccoli, rice, "chicken" and "cheese" casserole. It's delish! My family always wants to help me eat it. I'll probably also have some cranberries and a roll or two from the menu that my parents and sister are eating.
- My vegetarian friends are having a slice of smoked roast turkey each. Plus the regular trimmin's, sweet potatoes, corn, and others. It's a once a year thing and they partake in keeping with tradition and being with friends more than anything else.
- tofurkey, tons of roasted veggies, vegan pumpkin pie
- stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, bread, some kind of immitation turkey or gluten (my sis-in law is in charge of that and I'm not sure what brand she's bought or if she's made her own gluten).. deserts (my sister-in law's famous carob fudge YUM!!) it shoudl be good. Too bad we have to have it a day early (wed) because I leave on a choir tour Thursday.

- Quorn makes a great "turkey" Roast, with mushroom gravy, then sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, green bean casserole, carrots, and cranberry sauce. Can't wait!
- I'm a pescetarian, so I usually have Salmon with all the veg and sides you'd have with a meat dinner.
- I thought about a Tofurkey but eh... wasn't too impressed with it last Thanksgiving so I'm opting for a few chickpea cutlets (via veganomicon) topped with some mushroom gravy :D And for sides, some roasted potatoes and veggies, herbed polenta and green salad and the dessert is up to what my mum is making... poached pears in red wine mmmmmmmmmmm and ice cream!
- @ our house, the "star" of the Thanksgiving meal is usually squash stuffed with brown jasmine rice, quinoa, celery, beans & corn but this year we *may* have Tofurkey. Side dishes include home-made cranberry sauce, fresh-baked wholewheat rolls, baked yams & whatever green veggies ppl want. Dessert is usually pumpkin muffins (made w/o egg or milk).
- Sorry i'm english and i think thanksgiving is ameriacan (sorry if i am wrong) But what is thanksgiving?
- We have already picked out a live turkey to kill. Flexetarianism rocks.
- tofurkey pudding pie
- I am going to the annual vegetarian dinner Gala in Durham N.C. at cafe Perazzi resturant. http://www.trianglevegsociety.org/thanksgiving07/ I am also cooking a winter squash casserole topped with pecans, glazed sweet potatos, and collards with a Thai coconut sauce. Yum. Oh and you gotta have pomegranate juice and dark chocolate melted on cherries. This meal is for my get together with local friends. -Boneless Apetit.
- We're having a mixed veg*n/omnivore Thanksgiving so we have a big menu to make everyone happy. My boyfriend's mom is doing the meaty part of the cooking and I'm doing all the vegan stuff. This is what we're having: Turkey and stuffing Mashed potatoes Turkey gravy Vegan brown gravy Chickpea cutlets (same "Veganomicon" ones Penelope is making - SO yummy!) Ginger roasted veggies (butternut squash, sweet potatoes, carrots and parsnips if I remember to pick some up) Rolls Cranberry sauce Green salad Gingerbread apple pie Pumpkin pie
