What are your favorite things to eat for Thanksgiving dinner?

I am looking for some new and interesting ideas to cook for Thanksgiving dinner. What are your favorites? Something new? Something interesting? Please share.

1. Stuffing is always a winner for me.
2. Smoked turkey and dressing with the smell of sage, smothered in hot brown gravy!
3. I love green bean casserole and sweet potatoes with marshmallows.
4. I'm into the basics...turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes. I love apple pie and cheesecake too! Appetizer trays with cheese, crackers, pepperonni, etc. are always awesome too!
5. My favorites are Dressing with lots of Gracy and cranberry sauce. But for desserts my favorite is a caramel pie! It's great
6. mashed potatoes with a little philadelphia cream mixed in, mm mm mm is really good. I also enjoy the homemade pies especially apple pie, yum yum. I make homemade garlic biscuits with a little taste of cheese in the middle that melts in your mouth, which will be added onto the Thanksgiving table this year. have a wonderful holiday.
7. My mothers DRY turkey. I don't know how she does it every year but she does. Its become a tradition now. Oh yea and her burnt dinner rolls, yum.

14. Green bean Casserole!! It's so good!! Green beans in a casserole dish with cream of mushroom soup and top it off with bacon and cheese and a crispy crunchie topping!! MMMMMMMMMMMM! Is it Thanksgiving yet? You just made me hungry!! I hope you try this!!

16. Turkey !, stuffing, deviled eggs, and Dirt pudding. Dirt pudding is vanilla pudding with Oreos cookies crumbled on top to look like dirt. Its realy good ! You could use other types of puddings if you wanted to also but vanilla is the best for it.
17. my mom's broccolli and cheese. it's waaaay better than any other i've ever had. it's too bad the recipe is a family secret!
