Public Comments

  1. From what I understand there wasn't turkey but venison.
  2. that around early 1600s, in the fall, the pilgrims and natives had the thanksgiving. their menus were : Wild Deer Turkey Duck Goose Rabbit Clams Lobster Squash Onions Baked Pumpkin Dried Berries Cornbread Cheese Pudding (Pumpkin or Cornmeal) may that help.-
  3. The meal that the pilgrims and natives has was not thanksgiving. Regardless of that, they had fish and wild game, whole grains, grapes and some other things. They did not have any or most of what we think is traditonal.
  4. Harri S is right. Food Network did a show about it. You can check it out on foodnetwork.com. It was pretty interesting.
  5. I agree with Harri S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
