- No.. However I will announce what I am grateful for...
- No, no prayer. I'm already thankful to learn the good citizens of Halifax, N.S. rose up and ran Celine Dion out of town, forcing her to cancel a scheduled concert.
- Nope, I am not religious or American.
- No, I will not pray I choose to be humble and grateful for all I have. Count your blessings! There are more then 10
- Yes, I always thank the Lord and Lady and I have no pain. BB
- No, I won't say a prayer. And yes, I can think of more than 10 things.
- No. 1: I am thankful that I am not american. 2: That I am relatively healthy. 3: That I am not homeless. 4: That I am not destitute. 5: That my car starts and runs and stops perfectly well. 6: That I am an atheist - best decision I ever made. 7: That at 66 I haven't gone bald or turned gray. 8: That reading glasses are quite cheap. 9: For air-conditioning 10: For home-made cafe latte. 11: Opposable thumbs There are plenty more but it's getting late here and my brain is old and frail.
- Yes, we will say a prayer before we eat. It's the least we can do for how "rich" we really are. See how you compare to the world: http://www.globalrichlist.com/ I am thankful for God, my family, a successful and happy marriage, our new home, our church, finances to pay off our bills, the ability to help those in need, the ability to go back to school, a good job, and for overall health.
- too many to count, so many blessings; the sunshine, the perfectness of a snowflake; the sound of the waves hitting the beach, the beauty of a bird in flight; the wonderful scent of flowers, the greatest orchestra that you have ever heard, the craziest laugh of a small child, the glimmer of excitement of a child on Christmas morning; the hugs from my children and now grandchild; witnessing my children coming full circle , having great careers and picking great spouses and filling their homes with love, the compassion and assistance of all those in my life that have touched me in even the smallest way including a man who owned a plumbing store when one day I burst in and said I have a problem, he stopped me and saw whoa, stop right there, you don't have a problem, your heart is beating and you are breathing , when those 2 things aren't happening then my friend you have a problem, until then everything else is never a problem ; I didn't know that this man was dying of cancer and the words that he passed on to me that day stayed with me always !! He died and the plumbing store closed but this man's words live on always. For that brief moment with a wonderful person, I am grateful. Happy Thanksgiving.
- off course i will i will thanks God for protection
- Im not a church going person and really not all into religion but i dont believe that people should pray EVERY DAY and be thankful for anything and everything they have. So yes im going to say a prayer tomorrow the day after and keep on. but i am thankful for: 1: life, ( i know a lot of people my age(18)not living) 2: my family 3: my boyfriend ( for 3 years a lot of help) 4: my home 5: my job 6: my car ( i bought it for myself) 7: my friend ( her name is cricket always always always there) 8: my health ( no life threatening diseases or anything like that) Well i guess i came up short i can think of anything else to think of i just really am thankful i know people older than me who arent as content in there life and young people who dont have a life so i think i have a lot to be thankful about just waking up i guess is the biggest one.
- No, it wouldn't be politically correct, HAH.
- I offer thanksgiving, praise and worship to God everyday. There are many things to thank God for, too numerous to count. Praise the Lord!
- Our family prays at every meal, but we will especially pray at Thanksgiving. Ten things right off the top of my head, for a Thanksgiving meal: 1. Thankful for such a bountiful feast that so many people are able to enjoy each year. 2. The good health that we all take for granted. 3. My three wonderful sons, that they are all of good health and sound mind. 4. The privilege of being born and living in America. That we live in a land where we have so many freedoms and liberties. 5. That we are blessed with so many riches. That when considered, we are very wealthy compared to the vast number of people around the world. We live like kinds, most would say. A good job, nice home and vehicles (even if they're modest, it's still enough). 6. That we have brave and sacrificing soldiers willing to die to defend our country, that are away from home right this minute (and all the sacrifices of ones before then), so that all Americans can enjoy their freedoms. 7. Thanks that God has made it so that I can live above sin, not succumbing to the wiles of the devil, forced to live in the wallows of evil. That I was ever exposed to the truth and was able to find a good Church. 8. That our lives as Americans affords such luxuries as a closet of clothes, Internet, books, education, etc. 9. That our family is intact, as it could be (and has been) different. 10. That there are still people out there who celebrate a Traditional God-filled Thanksgiving, and are not ashamed or apologetic about it. What are your ten?
