Thanksgiving Menu - Pot Luck Dinner?
There will be 10-12 people at Thanksgiving Dinner and some of the items have been delegated for people to bring. Is there enough food or should there be more sides? Herb Roasted Turkey Breast (20 lb) Pan Gravy Herb Seasoned Stuffing Fresh Cranberry-Orange Relish Mashed Potatoes with Sausage Oven Baked Candied Sweet Potatoes Niblets Corn & Butter Sauce Maple Glazed Carrots Roasted Turnips Dinner Rolls Pumpkin and Apple Pie for appetizers I am doing a vegetable platter with dip and shrimp cocktail. for drinks I have Cranberry juice and Apple Cider.

- turkery breast pan gravy peas cranberry sauce
- I think that's more than enough, especially since there's 12 items. You could always make a cider or something. It makes it easier on everyone when they aren't obligated to bring that much.
- The menu sounds wonderful. I think you have the perfect number of sides. The only thing you may want to add is the appetizers to munch if everyone will have to wait while it is cooking. Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving. By the way, what time shall we be there?
- Depending on what time these things will be ready, it might not hurt to maybe have some fresh veggies and dip, or a relish tray with sweet and dill pickles, and green and black olives..or maybe cheese and sausage with crackers..some nibble food to tide the guests over until the meal is ready..and going as part of the meal itself has always been a favorite with my family...I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with lots of PEACE to you and those you love...;0)
- My mom always used the giblets to boil with large flat noodles - I loved it!
- There is more than enough...mind if I come? haha that makes me hungry
