Thanksgiving Menu - Pot Luck Dinner?
There will be 10-12 people at Thanksgiving Dinner and some of the items have been delegated for people to bring. Is there enough food or should there be more sides? Herb Roasted Turkey Breast (20 lb) Pan Gravy Herb Seasoned Stuffing Fresh Cranberry-Orange Relish Mashed Potatoes with Sausage Oven Baked Candied Sweet Potatoes Niblets Corn & Butter Sauce Maple Glazed Carrots Roasted Turnips Dinner Rolls Pumpkin and Apple Pie For appetizers I am doing a vegetable platter with dip and shrimp cocktail. For drinks I have Cranberry Juice and Apple Cider.

- Sounds like plenty to me, but you may not have any left overs for the next day!
- Where's the green bean casserole? That's just something I prefer. There isn't anything green included in your menu though???
- Sounds like plenty to me. I might have someone else bring a nother dessert just incase.
- Sounds like you pretty much have everything covered. The only things I would add would be whipped cream for the pies and a big jug of iced tea.
- you have plenty Just dont forget the whipcream for the pumpkin pie. Enjoy the dinner
- That sounds great! What time's dinner? LOL Have a great Thanksgiving - sounds like your knocking yourself out for a lot of lucky people.
- As long as you have enough of each of the items to feed at least 3/4 of your guests each, you should have plenty of food. You certanly have enough sides.
- That sounds like a very good dinner as long as everyone brings enough in their assigned dish so there will be enough of each thing for everyone. I always fix deviled eggs, they seem to go over good. That's a lot more than I was going to fix. I put the sausage in the stuffing.
- hm id bring cream peas or green bean casserole or brocceli & cheese you need more green veggies at thanksgiving dinner & another dessert such as banana pudding with wafers or a pumpkin roll
- You need to have potato casserole. Other than that sounds great.
- You might want to add a drink....like hot cider or mulled wine. Also, I'd add green bean casserole, and a plain potato dish. Some people might get grossed out by sausage in their potatoes. Also, dessert...I'd add something else, like pecan pie, or pecan bars.
- You might for people with health concerns people offer something more natural like a salad of some sort. It will give you something green and not have processed sugar and fat. Just a thought. Have a great Thanksgiving!!
- I think you need 1 or 2 more appertizers. But dinner seems like enought to me. Is anyone making a green bean casserole? That is my favorite at Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoy!
