What's on your Thanksgiving menu?

I love hearing holiday menus from all over! Great for fishing for ideas, too! So....what are you cooking for Thanksgiving?

  1. Roast turkey and stuffing/dressing; mashed potatoes and gravy; green bean casserole; sweet potato casserole; a relish tray; deviled eggs; cranberry sauce; macaroni and cheese; cresent rolls; pumpkin pie; cherry pie; pecan pie; and a lime jello salad.
  2. well turkey a must :) then alot of vegetable dishes, I think turkey is heavy as it is, combining it with veggies works really well. I do corn, squash, a tomatto cucumber salad (mediteranian) tastes really great with mashed patatos. and lost of deserts. :)
  3. I was married 6 months ago and this will be our first thanksgiving as a married couple so I had this bright idea to have dinner at our house this year so here is what we are going to serve: Turkey mashed potatoes yam patties green beans deviled eggs broccoli (sp?) casserole stuffing macaroni salad rolls corn bread desserts: crustless coconut pie, pumpkin pie, and apple crisp
  4. I am doing most of the classics, with a few twists thrown in. I am not having nearly the crowd that I had last year, so I am going easy on myself, for once! For appetizers, I am doing shrimp cocktail, roasted asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, liver pate', and a cheese and sausage plate. For Dinner, it's butternut squash soup, a brined and roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes with Parmesan, Brussels sprouts with shallots and garlic, cranberries and brandy. For Dessert, it's cherry pie and pumpkin pie. Nice and simple this year! Happy Holidays!
