What is your favorite Thanksgiving dinner menu ?

Well, for me it is this. Baked turkey, rice and gravy, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, barbecue pig, stuffing, applesauce, apple pie, pecan pie, and carrot and chocolate cake. Yummy. I think I will also add a little bit of ham to that plate if you don't mind. What is your favorite Thanksgiving dinner menu ? Don't hold back either. And yes I almost forgot. Candied Yams, and potato salad. Without the eggs please. How about fried turkey, a big hit these days. Especially down SOUTH. And yes, we do have the best food in the world. Can't wait til Thanksgiving.

  1. You must be from the South. They have the best food. It is interesting how each region has different menus.
  2. Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, stuffed ham, rolls, cranberry sauce, assorted pickles & olives, and pumpkin pie.
  3. Baked turkey for me, too! I like it with any type of potato, corn, peas, all with my mom's gravy, brown and serve rolls, and jello whipped with cool whip. Pumpkin and pecan pie. Only 8 weeks til Thanksgiving!
  4. Ask on the US site we don't celebrate thanksgiving in the UK
  5. Ok now im hungry for Thanksgiving dinner!! I love turkey with lots of gravey, mashed potates, sweet potato pie, green bean cassarole. Least favorite would have to be the cranberry sauce that we have every year that noone eats!
  6. Ok now am hungry...but I like just about everything most people mentioned
  7. Well, that is a pretty good Southern menu! I am pretty basic, baked turkey, basic stuffing, homemade gravy, sweet potatoes (hold the marshmallows!) garlic mashed potatoes, green beens, corn, yummy whole berry cranberry sauce, you know, the regular stuff, & pumpkin pie & vanilla ice cream for desert! I do doctor the stuffing a bit, but nothing really weird! I usuallytake the giblets & make my own stock to make the gravy & add to the stuffing instead of water! Good stuff, & almost here!

If my son is home, I make potato salad, too.
